The partner structure of the YUST Law Firm

The partner structure of the YUST Law Firm has been replenished: Dmitriy Malbin has joined the number of associate partners of the Firm.

Dmitriy Malbin heads working groups on projects related to the legal protection of business, including the protection of the interests of principals in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction of all instances, in Russia and abroad. As an expert, Dmitriy participated in the
development of draft laws and the preparation of concepts for improving Russian legislation.

Dmitriy is an active participant in Russian and international conferences on civil and corporate law, civil and arbitration processes, author of more than 50 scientific publications.
