The international edition «Acquisition International Magazine» published the list of the M&A Awards winners of 2013.

The awards are given to investors and outside advisers, including law firms, for high professionalism that was evident during significant projects of mergers and acquisitions. The nominees’ achievements were evaluated by their clients and partners as well as by English experts, who requested the finalists for additional materials confirming their professional achievements.

Over 1000 winners from over 130 countries of the world received this year’s Award. The Law Firm "YUST", which has reached record indicators in the sphere of legal assistance to M&A transactions during the last 12 months, was declared the winner in the nomination «Full service Law Firm of the Year – Russia».
