The Law Firm “YUST” has provided a legal support for a transaction to acquire by Italian Colussi a fifty per cent interest in “InfoLink”, one of the leading macaroni producers and distributors in Russia.

The Law Firm “YUST” represented the interests of the Russian shareholders in “InfoLink” group of companies in the transaction with the Italian company Colussi, one of the global market’s macaroni and fast food leaders. According to the transaction, the Italian party acquired 50 per cent stake in the charter capital of the Russian holding company, holding all the production assets in “InfoLink” group of companies. The parties are planning to combine their efforts to construct new production facilities and increase the product range.
