Following the results of the 2016 rating, YUST Law Firm significantly improved its positions and achieved high ranking in the following categories:
Corporate, commercial and M&A: Moscow (tier 4)
Competition (tier 4)
PPP and projects (excluding energy) (tier 3)
Dispute resolution: Litigation (other recommended firm)
In the Corporate, Commercial and M&A category, the experts describe the Firm as a “reliable partner in complex M&A transactions”, and practice head Roman Cherlenyak - as a “responsive team leader who focuses diligently on the project at hand” and “is always eager to help with difficult issues”.
in the Competition category, the firm’s team is assessed as providing “savvy, practical legal advice” and “perfectly fulfilling all client expectations”.
