Following the results of the 2016 rating, YUST Law Firm significantly improved its positions and achieved high ranking in the following categories:
Corporate, commercial and M&A: Moscow (tier 4)
Competition (tier 4)
PPP and projects (excluding energy) (tier 3)
Dispute resolution: Litigation (other recommended firm)
In the Corporate, Commercial and M&A category, the experts describe the Firm as a “reliable partner in complex M&A transactions”, and practice head Roman Cherlenyak - as a “responsive team leader who focuses diligently on the project at hand” and “is always eager to help with difficult issues”.
