XI Conference of the Association of Russian Patent Attorneys

On 1 December 2005, patent attorney of the law firm “YUST” Alexander Alexandrovich Sulimov took part in the XI academic-practical conference “Work Practice of Patent Attorneys and Improvements to Legislation on Commercial Property.”

This conference was organized by the Association of Russian Patent Attorneys, and took place in the “Atlas Park” leisure complex.

Apart from patent attorneys, the conference was attended by the Head of the Federal Service on Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks (Rospatent) B.P. Simonov, the Director of the Federal Institute of Commercial Property A.V. Nikitin, and also the Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Patent Disputes, S.S. Semchenko.

The proceedings of the conference included a round table discussion on questions of the application of the law in the practice of the Chamber of Patent Disputes and arbitration courts, and also an enactment of an arbitration tribunal concerning objects of intellectual property.
