YUST Law Firm announces key appointments. Vasiliy Raudin and Roman Cherlenyak became the Firm's partners Since January 1, 2020

The partner structure of the YUST Law Firm has been expanded: associated partners Vasiliy Raudin and Roman Cherlenyak have been appointed to be Partners of the Firm. This decision was made by the Meeting of the Firm's Partners at the end of December 2019. The changes came into force on January 1, 2020.

Vasiliy Raudin, Partner, attorney-at-law, Head of the insolvency group, heads working groups on projects related to the legal protection of business, including the protection of the interests of principals in the course of bankruptcy (insolvency) of debtors, as well as disputes arising from civil, labor, corporate legal relations. Vasiliy, a member of the Commission on ethics and standards of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation, was included into the list of Recommended lawyers of Pravo.ru-300 in the direction of "Insolvency" in 2019, marked by the international ranking of Best Lawyers among the best Russian specialists in the direction of "Litigation" in 2017-2020.  

Roman Cherlenyak, Ph. D., Partner, attorney-at-law, Head of corporate law and M&A practice, specializes in M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and corporate conflicts, has significant experience in conducting comprehensive legal expertise of large Russian companies, real estate and production assets. Roman was included into the list of Recommended lawyers of Pravo.ru-300 in the direction of "Corporate law / Mergers and acquisitions" in 2019.
