Yury Pilipenko, Head of the Moscow Bar Association “YUST”, elected President of the Federal Chamber of Advocates of the Russian Federation

Yury Pilipenko, Chairman of the Council of the Moscow Bar Association “Law Firm "YUST"”, has been elected President of the Federal Chamber of Advocates (FCA) of the Russian Federation today.

Y.Pilipenko previously occupied the position of First Vice-President of the Chamber. As suggested by the new President of the FCA Y.Pilipenko, the former Head of the Chamber Evgeny Semenyako was elected First Vice-President.

According to the Charter of the FCA of Russia, President is elected for a four-year term, and Vice-President – for two years.
