YUST is among the leaders of the Russian bankruptcy market according to the results of the bankruptcy ranking Pravo.ru 2019
Legal portal Pravo.ru presented the results of the market research of the most successful law firms in the field of bankruptcy support by the results of 2018.
According to the results of the research, the organizers of the ranking decided which firms were actively involved in the insolvency processes of business and citizens; which took the leading part in the affairs related to exclusion and inclusion in the register of requirements of creditors; which companies were the leaders in separate disputes within the bankruptcy and the number of judgments in such cases; and which law firms leaded in the number of disputes about vicarious liability of the controlling debtor entities.
YUST Law Firm was included in the Top 20 (30) of most successful bankruptcy practices of Russia in the nominations:
- by the number of decisions in bankruptcy disputes - 15th place;
- by participation in cases related to exclusion and inclusion in the register of creditors ' claims - 17th place;
- by participation in separate disputes in bankruptcy cases-18th place.
YUST Law Firm was marked in the 3rd group in the overall ranking of most actively and successfully involved in bankruptcy disputes law firms in Russia.
