The Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow Circuit revoked the court acts obliging the Administration of the Orekhovo-Zuyevo district of the Moscow Region to issue a resolution concerning the determination of the boundaries of the land plot of OJSC “Kampo”, and directed the matter for a new consideration by the court of the first instance.

The closing conference on the EC project “Support for the system of arbitration courts in the Russian Federation” took place on 13 December 2006 at the Representation of the European Commission in Russia. Advocate Artem Kukin, Partner of the Law Firm “YUST”, took part in this Conference.

On 05.12.2006, the Moscow City Court considered two cassational complaints against decisions of the Presnensky District Court of the City of Moscow that upheld the legality of the actions of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS of Russia) in the matter concerning violation of antimonopoly legislation № 1 07/600-05.

On 7 December 2006, a seminar took place in the Legal Information Center of the M.I. Rudomino All-Russian State Library of Foreign Literature in Moscow, on the subject of “Global and independent law firms in Europe and Russia: Strategy for competition and cooperation.” Artem Kukin, a Partner of the Law Firm “YUST”, took part in this seminar.

In its resolution of 06.12.2006, the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow Circuit upheld the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow of 15.06.2006 and the resolution of the Ninth Arbitration Appeals Court of 31.08.2006, that acknowledged as invalid the decision of the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia № 28 for the City of Moscow of 09.02.2006 № 33, concerning the imposing of tax liability for a tax violation.

In its resolution of 27.11.2006, the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow Circuit upheld the ruling of the Ninth Arbitration Appeals Court of 14.08.2006 that revoked the decision of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow and dismissed the application by OJSC “DAR” for a review, due to newly discovered circumstances, of an earlier court decision in favor of LLC “KOPEYKA DEVELOPMENT.

In its resolution of 23.11.2006, the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow Circuit upheld the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow of 31.05.2006 and the resolution of the Ninth Arbitration Appeals Court of 15.08.2006, that acknowledged as invalid the decision of the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia №28 for the City of Moscow of 13.02.2006 № 33, concerning the refusal the imposing of tax liability for a tax violation.

In its resolution of 23.11.2006, the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow Circuit upheld the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow of 22.05.2006 and the resolution of the Ninth Arbitration Appeals Court of 14.08.2006, that acknowledged as invalid the decision of the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia №28 for the City of Moscow of 08.02.2006 № 31, concerning the refusal to impose tax liability for a tax violation.

In its resolution of 21.11.2006, the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow Circuit upheld the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow of 24.05.2006 and the resolution of the Ninth Arbitration Appeals Court of 14.08.2006, that acknowledged as invalid the decision of the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia №28 for the City of Moscow of 07.02.2006 №30, on the refusal to bring to book on tax responsibility for a breach of tax legislation.

Advocates and attorneys of the law firm “YUST” took part in a working meeting with the Head of the Directorate on Legislation of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Legal Studies Dmitri Ivanovich DEDOV. This meeting took place under the aegis of the Federal Chamber of Advocates of Russia.
