Disposal of Russian Property Located Abroad.

The problems of locating, inventory, administration and disposal of Russian property abroad is a matter of constant public interest. The article deals with questions that arose during a hearing by a German court (in 1994 and 1996) of a case concerning the proprietary right to the Russian House of Science and Culture and the right to the use of the plot of land on which it was built.
