The Supreme Court of Russia published on February 26 the Survey of the practice of consideration by the courts of the cases connected with the labor activity performed by citizens in the Extreme North regions and environments equated with them. The Survey fixes main trends that have formed in the course of consideration of labor disputes between employers and the employees, who do their jobs in said conditions.
