Head of Projects of the Law firm “YUST” Evgeny Zhilin and attorney of the Law firm “YUST” Alexander Evdokimov took part in the Second CIS Local Counsel Forum, held in the city of Baku, Azerbaijan.

In its resolution of 19.06.2007, the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow Circuit upheld the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow of 28.12.2006 and the resolution of the Ninth Arbitration Appeals Court of 09.03.2007, that acknowledged as invalid the decision of the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia №28 for the City of Moscow of 24.07.2006 № 387, concerning the refusal to impose tax liability for a tax violation.

The advocates and attorneys of the Law firm “YUST” attended a meeting with Merited Lawyer of Russia and former Chairman of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow, Alla Bolshova. This meeting was organized by the Federal Chamber of Advocates of the Russian Federation.

In its resolution of 29.05.2007, the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow Circuit upheld the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow of 01.12.2006 and the resolution of the Ninth Arbitration Appeals Court of 15.02.2007, that acknowledged as invalid the decision of the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia №28 for the City of Moscow of 24.07.2006 № 388, concerning the refusal to impose tax liability for a tax violation.

In its resolution of 28.05.2007, the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow Circuit upheld the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow of 05.12.2006 and the resolution of the Ninth Arbitration Appeals Court of 22.02.2007, that acknowledged as invalid the decision of the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia № 28 for the City of Moscow of 24.07.2006 № 389, concerning the refusal to impose tax liability for a tax violation.

Arthur Rochlin, Partner of the Law firm “YUST”, has become a founder of the Non-Commercial Partnership “Support for the Development of Competition.”

From Sunday, 20 May 2007, until Tuesday, 22 May 2007, the Law firm “YUST” organized an out-of-town corporate event for its staff at the “Zavidovo” leisure complex.

By its resolution, the operative part of which was declared on 14.05.2007, the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow Circuit upheld the resolution of the Ninth Arbitration Appeals Court that had revoked the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow concerning the dismissal of a claim filed by the Department of Land Resources of the City of Moscow against Limited Liability Company “Lora” for the freeing of a plot of land.

In its ruling, the resolutive part of which was declared on 26.04.2007, the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow Circuit upheld the resolution of the Tenth Arbitration Appeals Court of 20.02.2007 and the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region of 29.11.2006, that satisfied the claims of OJSC “Remontno-mekhanichesky zavod “Krasnopakhorsky” concerning an object of real estate belonging to the said company.
