In a resolution of 19 January 2006, the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow Circuit upheld the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow of 8 August 2005 and the resolution of the Ninth Court of Appeals of 27 October 2005. In the indicated resolution, the court of the cassational instance dismissed the claim filed by OJSC “Taganrogsky kotlostroitelny zavod “Krasny kotelschik” against the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “ISK “Rosatomstroy», calling for the invalidation of the closed tender “Project development, manufacture and prime installation of steam boilers for the power station “Sibirsky khimichesky kombinat” as a replacement source.”

On 25 January 2006, attorneys of the Bar Association of the Moscow Region, law firm “YUST”, participated in a meeting with professor, doctor of law and candidate of philosophical studie, Ludmila Mikhailovna PCHELINTSEVA, a judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. The meeting was organized by the Federal Chamber of Advocates of Russia as part of the Chamber’s program for raising the qualifications of Russian lawyers.

On 18 January 2006, attorneys of the Bar Association of the Moscow Region “Law firm “YUST” participated in a meeting with the Chairman of the composition of the court for labor and social matters of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, Boris Alexandrovich Gorokhov, held under the aegis of the Federal Chamber of Advocates of the Russian Federation as part of the Chamber’s program for raising the qualifications of Russian lawyers.

On 28 December 2005, the Chamber of Advocates of the Moscow Region granted attorneys of the law firm “YUST”, A.M. Kotova-Smolenskaya and A.N. Petrov, advocate status.

By its Resolution of 13.01.2006, the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow Circuit upheld the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow of 29.07.2005, whereby the Decision of the Inspectorate of the Federal Taxation Service № 27 for the City of Moscow to bring LLC “Alfa-Oil” to book for tax violations was declared invalid.

On 15 December 2005, attorneys of the Bar Association of the Moscow Region law firm “YUST” participated in a meeting with Alla Konstantinovna Bolshova, Merited Lawyer of Russia and former Chairman of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow. This meeting was organized by the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of Russia within the framework of the Program for Raising the Qualifications of Russian Lawyers.

In its Resolution of 7.12.2005, the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow Circuit left a Ruling of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow of 28.07.2005 in force regarding the invalidity of the Demand issued by Inspectorate of the Federal Taxation Service №27 for the City of Moscow for the payment of tax №602.

On 16 December 2005, attorneys of the law firm “YUST”, A.M. Kotova-Smolenskaya and A.N. Petrov, passed their qualifying examination and received the status of attorneys of the Bar Association of the Moscow Region.

On 1 December 2005, patent attorney of the law firm “YUST”, Alexander Alexandrovich Sulimov took part in the XI academic-practical conference “Work Practice of Patent Attorneys and Improvements to Legislation on Commercial Property.”

On 31 October – 4 November 2005, LLC “Yust” attorneys A.M. Kotova-Smolenskaya, E.R. Zhilin and also attorney of the Bar Association of the Moscow Region Law Firm “Yust” A.V. Bolomatov took part in a training seminar “International Commercial Arbitration - from the drawing up of an arbitration clause to implementation of an arbitration ruling.”
