Advocate Arthur Rokhlin, Partner at the Law Firm "YUST", gave to the TelecomDaily Agency of Information and Analysis an expert’s commentary on the case of the appeal moved by the in-house lawyers of the “Moscow City Telephone Network” (MGTS) against the decision by the Moscow Department of the FAS of Russia, which had exposed unfair competition practice by MGTS.

The annual conference of the Swiss-Russian Forum dedicated to the new investments opportunities in Switzerland and Russia was held on March 23. “Statut”, a Russian legal literature publisher, issued the book “Football disputes settlement”. Mikhail Prokopets, head of the sports law group of the Law Firm "YUST", is one of its co-authors.

A practical seminar dedicated to English law, organized by the Law Firm "YUST" jointly with the English law firm Field Fisher Waterhouse, was held on February 29.
