Evgeny Zhilin, Associated Partner of the Law Firm "YUST", and Valentin Osipov, Lawyer at the Firm, gave the “Juridical Work at a Credit Organization” (No. 3 (33)) an expert’s commentary on the problems arising in the process of application of the Federal Law “On countering the illegal use of insider information and market manipulation, and on introducing amendments to certain legal acts of the Russian Federation”.

An article by Denis Shumskiy, Advocate of the Law Firm "YUST", on what circumstances the rightholder needs to prove in order to win a domain dispute, was published in the “Arbitration Practice” magazine (No. 7, 2012).

The book “Complaints to the instances of appeal and cassation: 25 dangerous mistakes” has been published. Alexander Yevdokimov, Head of Judicial Arbitration Practice of the Law Firm "YUST", is of the co-authors. The book contains the results of the summary of defects encountered during the contesting of acts by courts of arbitration. Representatives of courts of arbitration and of large law companies are among the co-authors of the book.

Alexander Bolomatov, Advocate, Associated Partner of the Law Firm "YUST", gave to “Rossiyskaya Gazeta” (federal issue No. 5828 (155)) an expert’s commentary on the problems arising in the course of execution of the Federal Law “On rehabilitation of victims of political repressions”.

An article by Maxim Rovinskiy, Advocate, Head of Tax and Customs Law Practice of the Law Firm "YUST", was published in the “Tax Disputes” magazine (No. 7, 2012). The article consists of a step-by-step algorithm of determining the indirect participation of one organization in another (or of an individual in an organization) with a number of examples.

Since the XXII Winter Olympics and the XI Paralympics will be held in Sochi in 2014, the issue of their legal governance is quite topical for the Russian Federation. The leading International Sports Law Journal published (no. 1/2, 2012) the article “Legal aspects of organization and holding of the Olympic Games in the Russian Federation” by Mikhail Prokopets, head of the Sports Law Practice of the Law Firm "YUST".

The FAS of Russia closed the case against “Obyedinennaya Zernovaya Kompaniya (United Grain Company)” (OZK) OJSC and “IK “Troyka Dialog”” CJSC for the motive of absence of indications of limitation of competition in their actions. The minority shareholder of “TNK-BP Holding” has for the third time reviewed the amount of the claim against the BP structures. This time the amount was lowered by almost a third and fixed at 288 billion roubles.
