A webinar themed “Court practice on unmotivated tax benefits” for readers of “Arbitrazhnaya Praktika (Arbitration Practice)” magazine was held on April 25, 2012. Advocate Maxim Rovinskiy, Head of tax and customs law practice of the Law Firm "YUST", spoke at the event.

A seminar, organized jointly by the European Association of Football Agents (EAFA), the Law Firm "YUST", the Swiss BSI bank and the Aon International company for Russian sports agents, lawyers, representatives of sports clubs and the RFU, was held on April 26. The Forum was organized with the support from the World Intellectual Property Organization and was timed to the International Day of Intellectual Property – 26th of April. Yury Pilipenko, Managing Partner at the Law Firm "YUST", gave an interview to Pravo.RU. He spoke on the top of the Russian advocacy, which causes pity and laughter, on what the judicial authority has turned into, why the advocates lose their status and the most frequent causes for this, how the ethical code of the advocacy should be amended and of what the “Bermuda triangle” of the causes of its violation consists.

Lawyers of the Law Firm "YUST" – Associated Partner Evgeny Zhilin, Lawyers Igor Kostennikov and Natalia Gornostay – took part in the drafting of a two-tome edition “Media, Advertising&Entertainment Law Throughout The World”. The legal survey was issued in March 2012 under the auspices of the International association of independent law firms (Multilaw).
